At THECABA.IN, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective or damaged.
3. Return/Exchange Charges
A ā¹120 return/exchange delivery fee will apply if the return is due to reasons other than our mistake (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind).
If the error is from our side (wrong product delivered, defective, or damaged item), the return/exchange will be free of charge.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7ā10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI once the customer provides their details.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased under final sale/clearance/discounted offers (unless defective/damaged).
Accessories, innerwear, and hygiene-sensitive products.
6. Return Process
Contact our customer support team via email/phone with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and arrange pickup where available.
